Delivery and Returns
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and current trade restrictions imposed by law, we do expect delays in processing and shipping customer orders. Courier services may be delayed in collecting and delivering items during this time also. We thank you for your patience.
Delivery of Products
Items are collected for posatge every Wednesday and Friday. We aim to have your order delivered within 10 days from receiving your purchase order. Pick up is available at your own risk and will be conducted in a contact-less manner.
Delivery of Services
In the event that your are unsatisfied with the services you have received by us, you can apply for a refund stating your reasons why you are unsatisfied. Refunds of services will be reviewed and granted on a case by case basis. In the event of a service that is not directly owned by Kawacreationz however we present or host the contracted service to you, we take no responsibility or liability for any refunds requested, damage, personal loss, damage of any property or subsequent debt incurred during the use of the service. All such correspondence should be directed to the content, course and/or service owner.
Returns and Refunds policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and return the item within 14 days from the date the item was received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Refund of Services
If you have registered for use of one of our services and are no longer able to participate or attend and wish to get a refund of the service price, you must apply no less then 7 days where applicable to receive a refund unless it is clearly stated in the registration form "no refunds will be given" or "Non refundable" by which no refund of service price will be given. In the event of late arrival or failing to arrive to a specific place and time slots reserved for your engagement to use or participate in any of our services, no refund will be given and no alternative time or substitute will be offered. Upon completion of the registration form you agree to these terms of service.
